Introduction to Aromatherapy Course
Aromatherapy is very popular but often only thought of as being massage. In this class I aim to provide an overview of the possible applications together with increasing understanding of the nature of essential oils and their safe use. You will also learn the recommended percentages of essential oils to base/bath etc. and warnings applicable to use. You will also have a chance to make your own product (either a lotion, cream or massage oil mix – salt scrub may also be available please enquire on booking) using a limited range of essential oils and bases. One mix is included in the price, additional products can be made for an extra charge. Aromatherapy products are also available to purchase if you wish to continue using them at home.
