ABOUT Tina May – Crystal Holistic Therapies

I am Tina May and have been working as a therapist and teacher for more than 25 years now.  Before that I was a property lawyer and reached a point where I needed to have a change of direction.  I was regularly the ‘go to’ person for people when they needed help.  When I saw an advertisement for Reiki training indicating that it was something that would help the individual look after themself whilst helping others I knew that this was for me.  Over the years I have trained in a range of different therapies and traditions.  This then lead me to create Element Spiral – a lifestyle and energy healing system.  This system aims to provide a broad based and in depth approach to well-being and healing.  I also hold a PGCE teaching qualification.

I aim to support people to bring about change in their lives and to empower them to be the best they can be.

After a number of years on the High Street I now work from my purpose built therapy rooms where you can be assured of privacy and confidentiality.
